My client, a service-based business, approached us with a critical challenge: low appointment bookings despite previous efforts with Meta Ads. The high cost per acquisition (CPA) rendered their existing strategy unsustainable. After analyzing their campaigns, I advised them to change their offer and remodel their whole campaign structure.

I also suggested them that they change the offer and how they can effectively present their offer on their socials and website.

The Execution

I had to show the result in the first month so I started off with multiple creatives and multiple ad sets with broad audience and also simultaneously retargeted the website & social media visitors. After a week of learning phase, I turned off low performing ad sets and continued with right creatives and targeting. The offer we put up was bound to be successful, So in result the client started booking appointments in the first month of the campaign.

My strategic overhaul not only boosted appointment bookings but also positioned our client for sustained growth. By leveraging Instagram and Facebook, I achieved tangible results that aligned with their business objectives.
